Alfred
C. Johnsen, CPA, MBA

Mr. Johnsen founded
the firm in 1979. He holds a bachelor's in accounting and master's
degree, magna cum laude in taxation from Pace University. He is a
member of Delta Mu Delta, the national honor society of Business Administration
and is former president of the Staten Island Chapter of CPAs. Alfred
and his wife, Christine, have two children. He enjoys golf, photography
and travel. He is an active board member of the Visiting Nurse Association
Health Care Services, Inc. and is a Trustee of Notre Dame Academy.

Timothy
P. Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan joined
the firm in 1990. He specializes in medical practices, construction
and multi-state tax issues. He is working toward his CPA which he
hopes to receive early next year. Tim enjoys cooking, carpentry and
sampling the menus at New York's finest restaurants.

Daniel
J. Kindya

Mr. Kindya joined
the firm in 1995 after graduating from Pace University. His specialties
include law firms, non-profit organizations and retail operations.
He hopes to receive his CPA license early next year. Dan and his wife,
Lisa, have two children, Daniel, Jr. and Matthew.
